I personally don’t know how this dealership stays in business because their staff is nothing like your typical car salesmen!!! These people are VERY HONEST! They weren’t nice to us only because they wanted to sell a car, they were genuinely Nice People who also treated us with respect without pushing us into buying a car. We bought quite a few cars in the past and every single time I felt uncomfortable going to a dealership and watching salesmen trying to take me for a fool or never accepting “no” for an answer. Buying a car from this dealership was a very pleasant experience! I knew I was dealing with the right people when after texting them that my husband didn’t like the color of the seats they respected our decision and never tried to persuade us to change it. Luckily my husband after all has agreed to look at that car and bought it for me! It’s Corvette 2LT 2025. They also had a corvette 3LT 2025 on the lot, and again, neither the manager or the salesman tried to take an advantage of the presented opportunity to convince us to buy a more expensive model! Without playing salesman games the staff was very accommodating and made the whole process of buying a new car into very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership! Service rod was a young woman very good at her job. The technician was a young man with a beard had a cross tattoo on his arm and I’m glad that I met him and I’m proud to know him, he did an excellent job.

The dealership was awesome. We just have to get the infotainment screen fixed, which keeps blacking out right after signing on a 2026 Yukon. been a headache.

Service department asked me to leave my vehicle overnight to research engine warning light issue. I was furnished a nice loaner vehicle at no cost. Service department diagnosed the problem with my vehicle that required replacing the battery, which was in warranty. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I don’t trust y’all no more. Y’all were doing oil change, and tire rotation, and y’all lost my key for the lock nut, no telling when. And every time i took my car for oil change, y’all would say y’all did a tire rotation. When I put new tires, they could not find the key for the lock nut. And all that time y’all would say y’all did a tire rotation. I don’t know if y’all even put a new oil filter all the time. I heard that y’all put the oil filter back same time if they look good. Y’all know that we pay for oil filters, y’all don’t need to cut corners to save money.

Work was performed as asked. I'm disappointed that GM designed a motor that would be so difficult to replace a valve cover gasket, but I guess engineers don't think about repairs.

Only issue I had with the visit was the lack of technicians which caused a long wait and miss communication with the service department. I was not aware of the situation and waited quite a few days before I called to check on the status of my vehicle. It hadn’t been touched in the first week. After 3 weeks in the shop I was aware of the tech shortage. Made for a very frustrating experience. The service employees were wonderful at handling my business afterwards though. Making customers aware of possible problems with service would have been nice so I could have had other options to repair a daily driven and needed vehicle.

Joe Smith did us an excellent job. He showed us the pickup let us drive it and made us a really good deal. The finance lady was great as well. Even Zane hooked up all the gm app and showed us all the technology on the pickup. It was a very good experience
