I don’t trust y’all no more. Y’all were doing oil change, and tire rotation, and y’all lost my key for the lock nut, no telling when. And every time i took my car for oil change, y’all would say y’all did a tire rotation. When I put new tires, they could not find the key for the lock nut. And all that time y’all would say y’all did a tire rotation. I don’t know if y’all even put a new oil filter all the time. I heard that y’all put the oil filter back same time if they look good. Y’all know that we pay for oil filters, y’all don’t need to cut corners to save money.

Work was performed as asked. I'm disappointed that GM designed a motor that would be so difficult to replace a valve cover gasket, but I guess engineers don't think about repairs.

Only issue I had with the visit was the lack of technicians which caused a long wait and miss communication with the service department. I was not aware of the situation and waited quite a few days before I called to check on the status of my vehicle. It hadn’t been touched in the first week. After 3 weeks in the shop I was aware of the tech shortage. Made for a very frustrating experience. The service employees were wonderful at handling my business afterwards though. Making customers aware of possible problems with service would have been nice so I could have had other options to repair a daily driven and needed vehicle.

Easy to work with, smooth process. Had what we were looking for and were very responsive to our needs. Will definitely do business with them again!

Service department asked me to leave my vehicle overnight to research engine warning light issue. I was furnished a nice loaner vehicle at no cost. Service department diagnosed the problem with my vehicle that required replacing the battery, which was in warranty. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Came in gave my keys went in lounge to wait. Lady came told me I was ready to go. I went to pay, looked at tires and told her they had not been rotated. She said it’s on the bill they did. I said they have not because I marked my tires. Guy in the office turned and looked at me. She said let me go ask him. She went in back came out and said he told her he rotated them. I said no he didn’t because I marked my tires come look. I had written df on driver front, pf for passenger front, dr for driver rear. They were in the same spot. She said do you want me to take it back around and have him do do tire rotation? I said yes. She took it back and awhile later a different lady came and said it was ready. She apologized said they had talked to the guy and would be getting chalk to mark tires so it wouldn’t happen again. Now I wonder if he actually changed my oil filter and put a new one. Very disappointing now I don’t have a trust relationship with this company
